The only way to stop your PC from slowing down and software from malfunction is to turn off this Vulnerability Scanner once and for all in McAfee AntiVirus software. Now scroll down to find Scheduled scan settings and click on it to expand. There select the option Don't set a scan schedule and click Apply button. That's it, now you have successfully turned off McAfee Vulnerability Scanner from running again in the future.
