On the same tab now fold the second dotted line up, creasing with your finger. With this same tab repeat the step for the preceding tab and fold it up, creasing with your finger. Now take the next tab and fold it up, crease with your finger. Take the tab with the drawbridge; follow the same steps folding up at the base of the tab upwards. Now fold the preceding dotted line up and crease with your finger. Now fold the last preceding dotted line up and crease with your finger.
Now repeat the same steps on the last three tabs on the other side. Place a small amount of glue on the grey areas marked "glue here. Press firmly and be sure let the glue dry. Place fingers under the Castle piece and raise the piece forward. Then fold the Castle card in half and press firmly. Open the card and lay it flat. Take the middle-sized piece and glue it to the center of the main Castle. Press firmly and let dry. Take your remaining Castle pieces.

September 30, pm. Set it aside. Fold the top left tab of the main castle pop-up piece back away from you. Crease with your thumb or finger. Repeat the step with the same tab this time on the second dotted line, folding it back away from you. Release it back to its original position.
Apply the same steps with the top right tab on the other side. Apply a small amount of glue on the card to the top two grey squares marked "glue here" on the left and right sides only. Fold the top left tab back and place it on top of the corresponding left grey square.
Press firmly and let the glue dry. Repeat for the other side. Fold up the first tab at the bottom of your main castle pop up piece. Crease with your finger. Then put the tab back to its original position. Fold the second dotted line up on the same tab, creasing with your finger. Fold up the third dotted line on the same tab, creasing with your finger. Fold up the next tab over , creasing with your finger, then place it back to its original position. Fold the tab with the drawbridge up at the base.
Fold the preceding dotted line up and crease with your finger. Then place it back to its original position. Fold up the last preceding dotted line on the drawbridge tab and crease with your finger. Repeat the same creasing steps on the last three tabs on the other side. Place a small amount of glue on the grey areas marked "glue here. Align the bottom tabs of your main pop-up piece with the matching grey areas.
Fold the bottom of the two folds outward and the one above inwards as per diagram. Press a crease in the fold lines as best you can. Work up to the next level and repeat the process. Continue until all levels are folded into the correct positions.
Once all folds have been folded in the card press it together and flatten it. The next step is putting the backing card onto the pop-up Castle section. Fold the backing card in half and glue or use double-sided tape the bottom section of the backing card and the bottom section of the pop-up together. Be careful you do not get glue on any areas that POP or they will stick flat. Once you have the bottom sections of your two pieces glued together, place glue on the outside edges only of the top section of the pop-up ensuring no glue gets on any areas that pop and press the backing card and pop-up Castle section together.
Now you can fold down flat and give it a good press checking the inward and outward folds are being pressed in their correct direction. I hope you have fun making this card. It is a great, fun project.
